Fin da piccola dimostro uno spiccato interesse per la pittura, per tutte le diverse sfumature che i colori possono regalare, prestando da subito una particolare attenzione al loro accostamento, coltivando cosi' il sogno di diventare pittrice.
Cresco sfogliando libri, incuriosita da tutto cio' che riguarda le immagini, dall'immenso potere che esse hanno, confermando il mio interesse verso l'arte e frequentando il Liceo Artistico, dove il primo anno 2005/2006 vinco il concorso "Weil Art".
Terminati gli studi cerco di unire le mie due grandi passioni, l'arte e la moda, iscrivendomi all'Istituto Marangoni, con sede a Milano.
Convinta di frequentare il corso di fashion design, il giorno dell'open day scopro un nuovo percorso da cui rimango decisamente colpita e affascinata, fashion styling, tanto da cambiare la mia idea iniziale.
Durante i tre anni scolastici inizio ad avere esperienze lavorative esterne e pubblicazioni su diversi magazine, collaborando con vari fotografi di moda, tra i quali Giovanni Gastel.
Concludo con grande impegno e dedizione il mio percorso accademico con ottimi risultati, ricevendo la lode.
Credo che il mondo dell'arte sia in stretto legame con la moda, che basa la sua forza sul potere delle immagini e su cosa esse riescono a esprimere, su come riescono a coinvolgere e comunicare allo spettatore, proprio come riesce a fare un quadro.
Nelle immagini cerco di rivelare me stessa e la passione verso l'arte mi porta a introdurre nella mia ricerca e nella costruzione del set un'attenzione particolare alle cromie, ai materiali e alle superfici, mantenendo sempre un filo conduttore: l'eleganza nelle sue svariate sfaccettature.
Since I was a child, I’ve always shown great interest in painting and all the different shades that colors can have, I have always paid great attention to their juxtaposition nurturing, in this way, my dream of becoming a painter.
I grew up leafing through books, curious about everything that concerned pictures and their power, consolidating my interest in arts and attending an arts high school where, during my first year, I won the “Weil Art” contest.
As soon as I finished high school I decided to combine both of my passions, art and fashion, and to attend the Marangoni Institute in Milan. I was certain I would choose fashion design, but during the Open Day I discovered a new interesting course, fashion styling, which made me change my mind.
During the three-year course I started to have some working experiences on various magazines which gave me the opportunity to work with fashion photographers such as Giovanni Gastel.
I finished my academic path with commitment and dedication, thanks to which I achieved excellent results.
I think that art is closely related to fashion, which has its strength in the power of images and in what they can express, in how they can captivate people just like paintings do.
In my pictures I try to express myself; the passion towards art makes me pay a particular attention to colors, materials and surfaces during my research and in the set construction, but the most important thing, let’s say the central theme in my work, is elegance in all of its aspects.
